"Healing happens in circles, not rows." Isolation fuels addiction. Connection fuels recovery. The church is God's answer — and we're here to help you be that answer.

Where This Began

Born in a local church.
Built to multiply.

Connections Recovery Network grew out of the recovery ministry at Mt. Gilead Church in Mooresville, Indiana — a real local church that built something that worked. Just years of faithful leaders doing the hard, holy work of walking with people toward freedom in Jesus.

What they built — the culture, the distinctives, the leader development model — is exactly what we're sharing with churches ready to do the same. This is church-to-church, practitioner-to-practitioner. We're looking to jump in the trenches with you.

"We set out to help people find freedom from their addiction. What happened next has changed our whole church."

Why Connections Is Different

Other programs offer a product.
We share a culture.

Existing recovery programs were built to be purchased and installed. They come with branding, fees, and someone else's DNA. Connections Recovery Network is different — we're not selling a program, we're equipping your church to own its recovery ministry from day one, rooted in Scripture and tested in a real local church.

The Foundation

10 Distinctives.
A Magnet for Belonging.

These aren't program rules. They're the culture. Every conversation, every curriculum piece, every leader we train is shaped by these 10 commitments.

01
Jesus Is Our Solution
Lasting freedom is found in Christ, not just behavior change. We point people to surrender and transformation through Jesus.
02
Grace Over Shame
Shame keeps people sick. Grace makes people brave. We create a culture where confession is safe and failure isn't final.
03
Truth With Love
We don't enable. We don't attack. We speak the truth clearly, kindly, and courageously. Leaders are both safe and strong.
04
Authenticity Over Image
We don't perform. We don't pretend. We value honesty over reputation and transparency over polish. Leaders go first.
05
Progress, Not Perfection
Recovery is a process. Relapse does not equal rejection. We celebrate steps, not just milestones.
06
Community Is Essential
Healing happens in circles, not rows. Isolation fuels addiction. Connection fuels recovery. Relationships over programs.
07
Confidentiality Builds Trust
What is shared in group stays in group. Trust is sacred. We protect stories, names, and struggles. Leaders guard the room.
08
Servant Leadership
We lead by serving, not controlling. Authority comes from humility, consistency, and spiritual maturity. Leaders model what they teach.
09
Multiplication Matters
We don't just recover — we raise up recoverers. Healthy leaders develop new leaders. We're always looking for who's next.
10
Hope Is Louder
No one is too far gone. No story is beyond redemption. No relapse is stronger than resurrection. Leaders carry hope when others can't.

The Path Forward

What it looks like to
take the next step.

Getting started is simpler than you think. Here's the path from curious to launched.

Step One
Reach Out
Fill out the contact form below. Tell us a little about your church, your heart for recovery ministry, and where you're starting from. There's no wrong answer — curiosity is enough.
Step Two
Have a Conversation
We'll schedule a call with a CRN practitioner — someone who has actually run a recovery ministry. We'll listen to your church, answer your questions, and discern together if this is the right fit.
Step Three
Launch Your Ministry
Once you're a Founding Church, the 90-day launch resource, curriculum, and coaching begin. You're not alone — you have a practitioner community and every tool you need to get your doors open and changed lives walking through them.
Local Church Autonomy
We resource and serve. We don't control or franchise your ministry.
Unity Over Uniformity
We partner with any church that names Jesus as Lord and is serious about recovery.
Practitioner-Led
You learn from people who have done it — not consultants who theorize about it.
Take the Next Step

Is your church ready to bring
recovery driven discipleship home?

If you have a heart for people in recovery — or you have people in your community who need a place to land — we'd love to talk. Fill out the form and a CRN practitioner will be in touch within a few business days.

  • No commitment required. The first conversation is just that — a conversation.
  • No church is too small. This model was built to work in churches of any size.
  • You'll talk to a practitioner. Someone who has actually run a recovery ministry, not a salesperson.
  • Jesus-first, always. Every part of what we do is grounded in Scripture and pointed toward Him.
